Powerful enemies who anticipate your moves and are 
hard to follow mark this extremely difficult action
shoot-em-up. All these codes will help: SQUAD Code 7,
limit enemy bullets on screen to 1; Code 3, infinite
nova smart bombs; Code 2, infinite lives; and Code 6,
don't downgrade weapons when killed.
