To get this to work you must buy 2 of the same kind of lure. 
Equip the Lure Rod and one of the 2 lures. You must then go 
to the close view and equip and un-equip the lures. In other 
words, you must select the second lure and move it over the 
other equipped one and click repeatedely. You can keep doing 
this as many times as you want up to a max amount of 998 for 
each type(1 is still equipped). You can then sell all but 2 
for a HUGE, HUGE, did I mention HUGE amount of money. 

Select Monica's outfit at the beginning of a new game. Start 
a file and defeat Dark Element to unlock the ability to choose 
Monica's outfit when you start a new file. 

Unlock Spheda Practice in Extras menu:

To unlock the Spheda practice option in the extras menu when 
you turn on the game, beat Dark Element. 

Unlock the Zelmite Mines dungeon (Chapter 8):

To unlock the Zelmite Mines, beat the game on one file and 
this dungeon will be open to explore on the beaten file.
